Little Giants Learning Academy (LGLA): Making Every Step Exciting

Our mission is to grow strong thinkers by mapping out a developmental path to learning that builds confidence and interdependence. Our vision is to create a nurturing environment that allows children, educators, and administrative staff to succeed at all levels.
Staff
LGLA brings licensed, experienced professionals together to help your children grow strong, with educators and staff who also are largely bilingual. As children learn Creative Curriculum mainstays, they also gain proficiency of key Spanish words and phrases at a time when their brains are most welcoming and adaptive of a dual-language approach.
Health & Safety
Lead teachers and administrators are certified in CPR and First Aid. Key fobs are required for entrance. Rooms and toys are cleaned thoroughly throughout each day, with deep disinfecting happening several times weekly. Further, initial employment and continuing education requirements include health, safety, nutrition, trauma and other pertinent topics.
Training
All caregivers must complete 24 in-service hours of professional development every calendar year in topics relevant to their positions (child development and learning; family/community collaboration; program management; and more).
